IN ONE SENTENCE
Nogbase keeps each project in its own market and currency, and lets your team and brokers see one country or all of them without switching systems.
What multi-country support covers
Every project knows its country
Each project carries its ISO country, and its units, listings, EOIs, and deals inherit it. Once a project has sales history its country is locked, so records never drift between markets.
One switch for the whole pipeline
Pick a country or All from the top bar. Workspace admins set the team default; each person can switch for themselves. Open a record from another market and a notice lets you switch or keep viewing.
Prices stay in their own currency
Price each unit in the currency you sell it in; the original price is never overwritten. Set your company’s base currency, the currencies you enable, and your own dated exchange rates.
Each viewer picks a display currency
Anyone can view prices in AED, SAR, QAR, BHD, OMR, KWD, EGP, JOD, USD, EUR, GBP, or AMD. Converted amounts are marked approximate, use published reference rates refreshed through the day, and the original price is always kept.
Buyer offers in their language and currency
Sales offers can be generated in six languages and quoted in the buyer’s currency at your company’s exchange rate, with the conversion stated on the document.
Six languages, including right-to-left Arabic
Your team and brokers work in English, Arabic, French, Romanian, Russian, or Chinese. Notifications, emails, exports, and statements reach each person in their own language, date format, and time zone.
Brokers see every market you open to them
One free broker account covers every developer and country. Brokers filter inventory and browse developers by market, and agencies are recorded with their country and licence details.
Local details handled
Phone numbers are validated for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Egypt, address search follows the selected market, and each user sets their own time zone, date format, work week, and sqm or sqft.
What follows the market switch
Choosing a country narrows what you see; it never grants or removes access. Choosing All shows every market together. The same filter applies in the Developer App and the Broker App:
- Inventory, projects, units, and listings
- Leads, client registrations, EOIs, holds, and deals
- Broker access requests and memberships
- Commission line items and statements
- Announcements, campaigns, the sales inbox, and conversations
- Dashboards, analytics, and data exports
- The API, CLI, and AI assistant connector
Totals on dashboards stay separated by currency rather than being silently blended.
What stays UAE-specific today
Sales processes, EOI commercial terms, and payment collection currently follow UAE rules in AED. Broker licence fields follow the UAE format (RERA / ORN). A receipt is applied to a receivable in the same currency; cross-currency settlement is not supported. Projects in other countries use the same inventory, broker access, languages, currencies for display and offers, and market-scoped reporting.
Frequently asked questions
Can one developer run projects in several countries in one Nogbase workspace?
Yes. Each project is tagged with its country, and the market switch in the top bar scopes inventory, leads, EOIs, deals, commissions, dashboards, and exports to one country or shows all of them together.
Do brokers need a separate account for each country?
No. A broker uses one free Nogbase account and sees every market a developer has opened to them, filtering inventory and developers by country.
Which currencies and exchange rates does Nogbase use?
Prices are stored in the currency each unit is sold in. Viewers can display AED, SAR, QAR, BHD, OMR, KWD, EGP, JOD, USD, EUR, GBP, or AMD using published reference rates, marked as approximate. Sales offers quoted in another currency use your company’s own exchange rates and state the conversion.
Which languages are supported?
The Developer and Broker apps run in English, Arabic (right-to-left), French, Romanian, Russian, and Chinese. Notifications, emails, exports, statements, and sales offers are delivered in each recipient’s own language.
What is still UAE-specific?
Sales processes, EOI commercial terms, and payment collection currently follow UAE rules in AED, and broker licence fields follow the UAE format (RERA / ORN). A receipt is applied to a receivable in the same currency; cross-currency settlement is not supported.
