Broker guide

From sign-up to your first EOI.

Seven steps to set up the free Broker App for yourself or your agency. There is no paid plan for brokers.

Reviewed and updated October 8, 2026

1. Create your account

  • Sign up with your name, email, a password and your WhatsApp number. It is a personal account; you join or create your agency in a later step.
  • No licence documents are needed at this stage.

2. Verify your email and WhatsApp

  • On the Account page, enter the six-digit code sent to your email, then verify your WhatsApp number with the code sent there.
  • Developer contact details stay hidden until both are verified.

3. Join or create your agency

  • Search for your agency and choose “Request to join”. If the agency already manages its team on Nogbase, its admins approve you; otherwise Nogbase reviews the request.
  • Or create the agency yourself, or choose “I work independently” for a one-person workspace. Both open straight away.
  • Got an email invitation? It is accepted automatically once you sign in.

4. Verify your licence

  • Go to Agency settings → Verification. Independent brokers add their country, personal BRN and broker card. Agencies add the trade licence number and document, and the ORN for the UAE.
  • Dubai details that match the DLD broker registry are verified at once; anything else is checked by the Nogbase team.
  • Until then the workspace has limited access: EOIs, reservations, access requests and team invitations unlock after verification.

5. Invite your team

  • Agency settings → Team → “Invite a user”: enter an email and choose Member or Admin.

6. Get access to developers’ projects

  • Open Inventory → Developers to see the developers whose projects you can discover.
  • On a locked project choose “Request access”; the developer approves it.
  • Use the “Exclusive to you” filter to see projects only your agency may sell.

7. Sell from the app

  • Inventory: search and filter units, see projects on the map, and use “Build comparison” to compare units across projects.
  • Sales Console: prepare a branded sales offer, submit an EOI on a unit and follow it until the developer approves the reservation.
  • Clients: keep your leads and enquiries in one inbox.
  • Earnings: follow your commission per deal and your statement of account.

The Broker App works in the browser on desktop and phone. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon. Questions? See Nogbase for brokers or email support@nogbase.ae.
