Are Nogbase and DomusHub competitors?
Yes. Both are sales platforms sold to off-plan developers, both give brokers or agents a portal onto live inventory, and both calculate commission. DomusHub describes itself as a "Sales OS for off-plan developers" across MENA, South-East Asia and the CIS, with a developer hub, sales cabinet, agent cabinet and buyer portal. Nogbase is built around UAE off-plan launches: one free broker portal across every developer, private commission terms per brokerage, and EOI and reservation review.
This page uses DomusHub's own public pages as they stood on 26 October 2026. DomusHub publishes its own comparison pages; we took the same approach here, and we'll correct anything DomusHub tells us is wrong.

What DomusHub does well
DomusHub covers the whole developer back office in one product: master plan and inventory, bookings and deals, payment plans, commissions, interactive project pages and offers, and construction updates. Its booking queue and deposit-based unit locking suit markets where buyers reserve online, and it can take payments by card, bank transfer or stablecoin. It publishes simple monthly prices with unlimited users, and it is one of the few platforms in this category with a live buyer portal.
If you sell in several regions, need a buyer-facing portal now, or want payments collected inside the platform, DomusHub is worth a demo.
Where Nogbase is different
- Brokers join once, not per developer. In the UAE a broker sells for dozens of developers. A per-developer agent cabinet means a new login for every developer, and activity drifts back to WhatsApp. The Nogbase broker portal is free and shared, and already lists 8,700+ UAE off-plan projects, so the brokers you invite are often already there.
- Private terms per brokerage. Each brokerage sees only its own commission terms, and a phased release can go to selected agencies first.
- UAE process, in English and Arabic. EOIs, reservations and the Oqood and escrow steps that follow are the vocabulary of the product, and the website is in English and Arabic.
- No money in the middle. Nogbase tracks commission from reservation to payout but never holds or pays funds; buyer payments go to the project's escrow account as Dubai law requires.
When to choose which
- Choose DomusHub if you sell across MENA, South-East Asia or the CIS, want a buyer portal and in-platform payments today, and are happy for agents to log in per developer.
- Choose Nogbase if you launch in the UAE through many brokerages, want brokers on a portal they already use for other developers, need private per-agency terms and EOI review, or want Arabic-language material for your team and brokers.
Questions to ask in a demo
- Do my brokers need a separate login for my projects, or do they already have an account?
- Can I release units to selected agencies first, with different commission terms for each?
- How does a competing reservation on the same unit get resolved, and what record does it leave?
- Where do buyer payments go, and how does that fit the project escrow account?
- Which languages can my brokers and my sales team use?
